Hey, this week's been awesome!
I'm enjoying my new companion quite a bit. Elder Smith's great! He's always ready to go in the mornings and he's a great example of talking with everyone. He's super pumped about everything we do! It's great - the harmony is there already. We have pretty similar personalities. Life is good.
I'm doing pretty well. Honestly, it's kind of foreign to be out talking with people again. I'm enjoying it. :) Also looking forward to Conference.
The area's in a bit of transition. This week, we're dropping several investigators that regularly bomb appointments and honestly, aren't going to come to church at all in the foreseeable future, regardless of how much true doctrine we teach. Our progressing investigator, K, is moving forward at full steam. He's swamped with his masters program in Business, but he's definitely moving forward and striving to keep commitments. If all goes according to plan, he should be baptized this Saturday. He's been taught all the lessons, he's keeping most of his commitments, and he definitely wants to be baptized.
I'm alive and well. :)
